Will the results be as good as coming to the clinic in person ?

Sometimes, it may be even better. Clients that are following Manoli’s programme online have to fill in diaries and track their progress.

What if I'm allergic to certain foods ?

No problem. Just mention about it in the Form we share with you and that will be taken into account when your meal plan is being designed. Do be as specific about your allergies as you can.

Are there any discounts being offered ?

How do I maintain my weight after the weight loss programme ?

All our weight loss plans will teach you how to maintain your new weight, Maintenance Guide will be shared with you. With the right care, you can maintain the weight you have lost.

Diets in past have given me dry skin and hair loss. Will I face these problems with your weight loss programme ?

How do I know which program suites me the best ?

Most of our programs are well defined, still you are struggling to find the ideal one for you, you can simply have a word with Dt. Manoli Mehta.

How often does the diet change ?

1 diet is for 10 Days, So accordingly the diet changes

Do I need to Exercise ?

Most of our clients have not done any form of physical activity due to their busy schedule and yet have managed to lose a good amount of weight.

But Exercise will give you a toned body and improve your cardiac health.
We work on the 80/20 principle of nutrition science.

I have a wedding/ Holiday/ travel Coming up ?

Don’t worry, we have guides such as holiday/travel/wedding. These are tools which allow you to enjoy & still follow the program. The whole program is made with a lot of tools to help you go through the program irrespective of any event. 

Do you have Crash Diet ?

No genuine program will give any crash diets, that’s a wrong notion and practice. In fact, it’s against the core of the science of Nutrition itself.

Is it 2 hours eating pattern/ Do you mention timings/ Do you recommend keto? / Intermittent fasting ?

Before planning your diets, we first consider your lifestyle, what foods are available to you, your work life, and many other things. The diet reaching you will be designed to fit into your life. We don't give unrealistic diet plans of frequent eating which you cannot sustain. The clients at Tattvum by Dt. Manoli Mehta include Air Hostesses, Busy Executives who eat out frequently & even those working in shifts. We also have clients who follow Vegan, Vegetarian & Non vegetarian diets. It is our job to fit in to your lifestyle & ensure you are given a program that fits in without any major trouble.

What about medication and food interactions ?

 We will be considering and analysing your lifestyle including your medical history in order to give you the diet which is customised to you.

Do I need to count calories ?

The answer is yes and no, because it ultimately depends on the person and what stage they’re at. As I stated before, at the beginning stages it is very unnecessary because focusing on whole nutrition, building habits, training a bit harder, and eventually eliminating processed foods while all lead to a calorie deficit. So, you essentially accomplish the fat loss equation without the calorie counting.

Are Crabs bad ?

“No, carbs are not bad, complex carbs are preferred over simple crabs but carbs are what give you energy.”

Is detox diet effective ?

Customized detox diet plans are really effective, and in my clinic personally I have followed customized detox diet plans and the blood tests showed amazing improvements on all aspects.

Please note our Detox Diet are completely different from others.

Can you help me find alternatives to junk foods ?

Whether you are looking to drop a few pounds or simply eat cleaner, it’s almost never a bad idea to keep an eye on your junk food intake.

Does time of day matters when it comes to eating ?

Our bodies follow a circadian rhythm (24-hour cycle that tells our bodies when to sleep, wake, eat), and some research shows that we metabolize foods poorly when eating at irregular times (e.g., sleeping during the day and eating at night). Try to eat at similar times on a daily basis, and don't eat right before going to sleep.

What makes the Tattvum Discover Wellness program different to other health challenges or programs ?

The Tattvum Discover Wellness Program is not a diet, quick fix or fad. There is no strict meal plan, no forbidden foods, no restrictions – these all lead to feelings of deprivation, and are not maintainable! I don’t cook my own meals, can I still follow the Tattvum Discover Wellness Program ?

The Tattvum Discover Wellness Program doesn’t require you to follow daily recipes or specific meal plans (although there are plenty of meal guides/ideas). The recipes are more tutorials around how to prepare meals, handy guides on preparation of foods such as roast vegetables, tips and tricks for cooking proteins, and nutrition advice on including certain foods into your diet. There’s plenty of variety and options. The meals are all simple, and designed so anyone can easily create them.

I also cook for my partner/ other member of my family. Can I still follow the Tattvum Discover Wellness Program ?

Yes, the meals are suitable for everyone, and the program even offers healthy alternatives to your family’s favourite meals so everyone will be satisfied! I suggest encouraging family members to join you in eating your nutritious, delicious meals – you’ll be able to show them how delicious healthy food can be. The meal plan is simple enough that you won’t find it hard to incorporate into your family meals.

Can I do the Tattvum Discover Wellness Program if I’m Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Paleo/ Lactose Intolerant/ Paleo ?

Yes, absolutely. The Program offers vegan and vegetarian swaps for each of the main meal options. Most meals are also gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free, so it caters to everyone!

How much support will I get on the Tattvum Discover Wellness ?

As much as you need! You’ll have direct access to a support email address, where you can ask all your questions at any time. You will also be a part of an exclusive, members-only live forum, where you can chat to other people going through the Program at the same time as you, so you feel supported.
