At the age of 20 during my years of studying Nutrition

I was detected with a low hemoglobin count, which affected my weight and overall health. My immunity was low which led me to be often sick.

This was all happening because I was not eating right due to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Being a Nutrition student, I couldn’t believe this was happening to my body.

So, I took charge and started analyzing the food I ate and completely stopped all things which affected my health.

  • Fast forward to now, I’m a completely different person.
  • I’ve taken control of my life, eating habits, and my thoughts.
  • I knew the struggle that I went through I did not want others to go through too.

I now know as a Nutritionist, people especially women go through a lot of struggle and pain in choosing and living a healthy lifestyle.

I wanted to make this process easier for them.

I understood one diet does not fit all and since then my perspective about nutrition changed completely. I understood how nutrition requirements differs from people to people and body to body, how lifestyle preferences, daily routine and sustainability are important for a healthy body.

After understanding this concept and I practiced this on myself and got excellent results. So finally decided to preach what I personally practiced.

Now that I took care of myself,
