11 Juices that can Detox your Body

Pomegranate Juice:

This rich vibrant and radiant fruit is a natural detoxifier and immunity boosting ingredient which also replenishes essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It has multiple detox benefits and cleansing effects.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups pomegranate ; ½ cup beetroot; ¼ tsp black pepper.

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

Serve the juice in a glass.

Coconut and Mint Juice:

Four basic ingredients, coconut water, mint and lemon blend well and mix up to make this refreshing cleanse that naturally detoxifies your body.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water; mint leaves; 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp lemon.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients and serve.

Ginger litchi lemonade:

Mostly consumed with tea this combination of ginger and litchi along with lemon helps fight inflammation and also cools your body to beat the summer heat.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

½ cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 glass lychee juice, pinch of salt, ice cubes.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients and serve with ice.

Green Mango Drink

This is a desi classic summer detox recipe and a fan favourite! Made of mango pulp with blended spices this is not only refreshing but also energizing.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 Green mangoes; 2 tbsp honey, salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp jeera powder and 4 to 5 chopped mint leaves along with 1 glass water.

Method:

Chop the mangoes into small pieces and add them to a blender.

Add all the other ingredients and blend.

Orange Carrot Ginger Detox:

This is an antioxidant packed detox drink which is loaded with beta- carotene and fibres which helps in weight loss and digestion.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oranges, 1/2 cup Carrots, 1 inch grated Ginger, 1/2 cup water, 1tsp black pepper, 1-2 tsp honey

Method:

Dice the oranges and carrot.

Blend all the ingredients and serve.

 

Cucumber Mint Detox:

This cool and refreshing summer delight along with mint helps soothe your upset stomach and also cools down your body during the bustling heat.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 diced Cucumber, 3 to 4 mint leaves, 1tsp lemon juice, 1 glass ice water.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a glass of ice water and stir well.

Its ready to drink, (And chew the diced cucumber while drinking).

Pink Salt Ginger Detox Water:

This sweet and sour detox water is filled with goodness of ginger, pink salt and honey in chilled water!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1tsp pink salt.1 inch grated ginger, a pinch of turmeric and black pepper, 1tsp lemon juice, 1 glass of water.

Method:

All all the ingredients to a glass of water and stir well. The drink is ready.

Green Juice:

It is a great way to introduce healthy detox juices to your menu, loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Kale, 1tsp Lemon juice, 1/2 inch grated Ginger, 1/4 cup Cucumber, 1/4 cup Green Apple and 1 Celery Stalk diced.

Method:

Blend all ingredients and serve.

Sweet Broccoli Juice:

Though Broccoli is the key ingredient, rest assured the taste of this juice works wonders to your palate as well as your body. This is one of the best way to consume broccoli and reap the benefits of this tree veggie.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Broccoli, 1/4 cup Kiwi, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup Oranges and 1inch raw grated ginger.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together and serve.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Wellness:

This is one of the best wellness and immunity boosting shot which is packed with vitamin C rich wellness and also takes care of your seasonal flu and common sicknesses.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oranges, 1/2 Carrots, half Lemon, 1/2 inch Fresh turmeric grated, 1/2 inch grated Ginger, 1tsp Black pepper, 1/2 cup water.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients and then serve.

Refreshing Cantaloupe Juice:

This rare ingredient when incorporated along with combination of different ingredients makes a noteworthy detox juice!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Cantaloupe, 1/4 cup Carrot, handful  parsley, 1/4 cup Apple, 3 to 4 mint leaves, 1/4 cup cucumber and 1/4 cup Orange.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients and add half cup of water or coconut water. My personal favourite is coconut water.
